Talia and Otis started Oti by the Sea in January 2023. It started with a shell and a shark tooth. Talia was born and raised in Maui, HI and has since lived in Northern California and now lives in Wilmington, NC. When Talia is out traveling she is always looking for unique shells to add to her newest collection.

Otis enjoys long walks on Wrightsville beach looking for shells for mom to curate new designs. Otis is always looking to make new friends and loves his returning customers.
